Samsung unveils the Galaxy Note 3 & Gear; to hit Nigeria in October

The future is finally here! The most anticipated device on the planet this year has finally dropped!

Putting an end to all the leaks, rumorand phantom specs, Samsung released the Galaxy Note 3 and Gear at an exciting Global Unpack event in Berlin, Germany last night. Samsung mobile fans in Nigeria were able to watch the event via a Live Stream on the Samsung Mobile Nigeria Facebook page and YouTube channel. If you missed it, no worries you can still enjoy the global event here..

For lovers of mobile technology and the large display domain, the Galaxy Note 3 represents the pinnacle of raw mobile power. The thinner and lighter Galaxy Note 3 has ditched the plastic rear casing found on previous versions, instead opting for a faux-leather finish, complete with stitching amidst some mind-blowing hardware specs that make everything so fast and so simple.
The 1920 x 1080 resolution display is accompanied by a 2.3GHz quad-core processor, 3GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel camera, 32 or 64 GB of storage with microSD card support, and a big 3,200 mAh battery. Simply put, this means the Galaxy Note 3 is creative tornado in the palm of your hands.

The Galaxy Gear is a glanceable notification device, informing you of incoming calls, texts, messages and alerts. But the Gear also has some clever integration with Samsung’s smartphones, so when you take the phone out of your pocket, those messages instantly appear on the big screen. Wow. Fun thing is, it comes in some cute colors as well!

The Enhanced S Pen brings with it a number of new software features, including Air Command, which pulls up a radial menu for quick access to built-in stylus-friendly apps like Actions Memos, S Note, Scrapbook, and S Finder. Air Command can be accessed from anywhere in the operating system by simply hovering the S Pen just above the screen and pressing the button on the stylus.

The Galaxy Note 3 and the gear hits stores on October 2013, but you can avoid the rush and pre-order one here now and have it delivered to you free, anywhere in Nigeria.
